16 years ago, May 3rd 2005, the Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps gained two angels to watch over us. Today we remember EMT Heidi Behr and Paramedic William Stone, who gave the ultimate sacrifice, losing their lives in the line of duty. Your lives were a blessing, your memory a treasure, you both are loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure.
