Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance would like to announce William Wilkinson has been appointed as Chief of Operations effective immediately. Chief Wilkinson was sitting director since 2021 and served as Chief of the Department in 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2020. Chief Wilkinson has happily served the town of Riverhead for 26 years. The Board of Directors appointed EX-Chief Joseph Oliver to fulfill vacant Board of Director position that Chief Wilkinson has left behind. EX-Chief Joseph Oliver has also proudly served the town of Riverhead for 18 years. We appreciate the both of you for your hard work and dedication to the Riverhead Town Ambulance district.
